How is Climate Change affecting you?

This short climate change survey, for young people aged 10 – 18 (up to 25 with SEND), aims to assess the awareness, behaviours, actions, and impacts of climate change within your local community. By gathering valuable insights, the survey seeks to identify the current understanding of climate issues, the effectiveness of local initiatives, and the community’s engagement in sustainable practices.

  1. Climate change has affect the way I breath when I go outside I can’t breath that well while I am inside

  2. I think that climate change is affecting me and my community physiologically and physically. What I mean by this is it makes me wonder how I can personally help but realistically no matter how much I do doesn’t matter if others don’t aswell. I also think that it is affecting me physically due to conditions being too hot or cold which I think makes it hard to focus at school

  3. Climate change affects the environment in many different ways, including rising temperatures, sea level rise, drought, flooding, and more. These events affect things that we depend upon and value, like water, energy, transportation, wildlife, agriculture, ecosystems, and human health.

  4. I get that climate change is a problem that we are going to have to face but I don’t feel it is affecting me that much at the moment, I do quite miss the thick snow in winter from when I was like 6 but apart from that I don’t think its causing any problems for me however saying that temperatures are rising by around 0.8°C every year it might become a problem in the near future when it starts getting a bit too hot

  5. Climate change isn’t affecting me that much personally but I have noticed that it is affecting the world around us. I think we should try our best to live more sustainably to be kinder to our planet 🌍
